AUDITED A/C OF R I DIST 3230 ROTARY CENTENARY CHARITABLE TRUST (RCCT) FROM 2004-05 TO 2015-16
- As per the new guidelines of RI Board, it is mandated that all the Trust accounts operating for the benefit of the
District in any Rotary district should be merged with the District Accounts which should be compulsorily submitted
every year before 30th Sept. In lieu of the same the Trustees have decided that the trust accounts 2015-16 will be
submitted to the District Governor 2015-16 to be merged and presented to all the Presidents and Past Dist Governors.
- In order to have a better clarity of operations of the RCCT and its accountability, we are hereby furnishing the audited
Income and Expenditure, Receipts and Payments, Balance Sheet along with IT acknowledgement for all the
Rotarians of our District. (The Treasurer will be pleased to answer any queries if any )
- The accounts of the RCCT have been circulated to the Trustees and to Governors who served as the Managing Trustee
during their year of office. As a new Trust was formed in 2010 by PDG Olivannan, thereafter the accounts were
circulated only to the Trustees and Presidents of the clubs who worked with the Trust.
