Since accountability is the most important criteria on any project, we have laid out rules and procedures for collection of funds and implementation of this project as per the systems suggested by our auditors PRICE WATERHOUSE COOPERS.

Rotary International (RI) is the first service club organization in the world, started by Paul P.Harris in 1905. "Rotary came to India in 1919 with the formation of rotary club of Calcutta. The Rotary club of Madras was founded in 1929. Our RI District wasformed in 1942 as District 91 and evolved through various phases becoming RI District 3230 comprising of Chennai, Kancheepuram, Thiruvannamalai and Vellore. RI District 3230 is one of the 530 Districts spread out in 162 countries of the world.
